Established in 1989 we are a locally owned and operated employment agency experienced in providing staff for various sectors on the Isle of Man. 

After talking with you and obtaining a detailed job specification we will forward only details of those candidates' on our register who have the necessary skills and/or experience.  All candidates' will have been interviewed before their details are submitted to you. 

At Ability Plus we offer a full range of services to our clients' at no extra cost and with no obligation until the candidate has been placed in a permanent or contract position.

The service we offer includes:

  • Proof of identification and the right to work on the Isle of Man
  • Sourcing suitable candidates' who are right for the job and right for your organisation
  • Information on any spent or unspent convictions (this does not include a criminal record check)
